How do I take it?

What is in each capsule?
Four plant ingredients with printed doses: turmeric root extract (4:1) 75 mg, turmeric extract (95% curcuminoids) 30 mg, coleus forskohlii extract 15 mg and black pepper extract (BioPerine®) 5 mg. Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin and magnesium stearate.
